Requests opened against an order carry its reference automatically, so you never have to explain which one you mean.

- My order has been Pending for a while.
- Pending means paid and queued. Orders are fulfilled by a person, so there’s a wait — but if your invite is fine it will move. Open a request linked to the order and we’ll tell you exactly where it is.
- Do you need my Discord login?
- No. Not the password, not a token, not a 2FA or recovery code. There is nowhere on this site to enter one. The invite link is the only Discord information we take.
- Can I change the server after ordering?
- Yes, while the order is still open — replace the invite link on the order page. It doesn’t create a second order and you aren’t charged again.
- Will my server reach Level 3?
- That depends on the boosts your server already has. Discord counts totals, not purchases: Level 3 needs 14 boosts on the server overall. We sell additional boosts and won’t promise a level we can’t verify.
- What if you can’t join my server?
- The order moves to Needs action with the reason, and you fix the invite from the order page. Nothing is lost and nothing is charged twice.
