There is no step in this service where a Discord credential is useful to us. So we never ask for one, and there is no field anywhere on this site that accepts one.

- The invite link you gave us
- Stored on the order, visible to you and to staff working the queue. Replaceable by you at any time while the order is open.
- Your email address
- Used to identify your account and to link support threads to your orders.
- Your order and its history
- Every status change, who made it and when. This is the record you see on your order page.
- A password hash
- For this site’s login only. Hashed with scrypt and a per-account salt — never stored in a readable form.
If someone asks you for a credential
It isn’t us. Staff will never DM you asking for a password, a token, a 2FA code, or to add a bot with administrator permissions. Everything we need is on the order page, and every message from us arrives in your support thread on this site.
On the payment side
Card details are entered on the payment provider’s own hosted page and never reach this site. We receive a payment reference and an amount — nothing else.
