Server level depends on how many boosts your server already has — Discord reaches Level 1 at 2 boosts, Level 2 at 7 and Level 3 at 14 in total. We sell additional boosts, not a guaranteed level.

We don't need access to your Discord account. There is no step in this service where a password, a token, a 2FA code or a recovery code is useful to us — so we never ask, and there is no field to type one into.
If anyone claiming to be bkboost asks you for one, it isn't us.

Three things your server needs to let us in.
Nothing unusual — these are the same settings that let any normal member join. Get them right and fulfilment is uneventful.

Invite never expires, unlimited uses
In Discord: Invite People → Edit invite link → set Expire After to Never and Max Number of Uses to No Limit. A one-use or expiring link will stop the delivery halfway.

No membership screening or join approval
If Server Settings → Membership Screening requires manual approval, accounts sit in a queue instead of joining, and the boost cannot be applied.

Automated moderation won't block the join
Anti-raid bots and Discord's raid protection are designed to remove several accounts joining at once — which is exactly what fulfilment looks like. Relax or pause those rules while the order is open, then turn them back on.
If something blocks us, the order moves to Needs action instead of failing. You fix the invite on the tracking page and it goes straight back into the queue — no second order, no second payment.
Full requirementsOrders are fulfilled by hand.
This is not an instant API. Every order is manually verified and fulfilled, which is how we catch a broken invite, a screening queue or an anti-raid rule before boosts are spent on a server that can't receive them.
It also means we won't promise you a five-second delivery. What we do promise is that the status on your order page is the real state of it, updated by the person doing the work.
