What we collect
Your email address, a hash of your bkboost password, and the orders you place.
For each order: the Discord invite link you supplied, the boost quantity, the amount, the payment reference from the provider, and the full history of status changes.
Standard server logs (IP address, user agent) are recorded with sessions and rate limits to keep the site working and to stop abuse.
What we never collect
No Discord password, token, 2FA code or recovery code — there is no field on this site that accepts one, and any such value sent to support is deleted rather than stored.
No card numbers. Payment details are entered on the payment provider’s hosted page, not here.
How invite links are treated
A Discord invite link is customer data. It is attached to your order, visible to you and to the staff working the fulfilment queue, and is not published, sold, or shared for any other purpose.
Who else sees your data
The payment provider, which receives the amount and an order reference in order to take payment. The hosting provider that runs this site’s server. Nobody else.
Retention
Orders and their history are kept as a commercial record. Sessions expire after 30 days, or immediately when you sign out or change your password.
Your requests
Ask through support for a copy of the data attached to your account, a correction, or deletion of your account. Deletion removes your account and personal details; anonymised order records may be retained where we’re required to keep transaction history.
Cookies
One cookie, for your sign-in session. It is httpOnly and same-site. No advertising or third-party analytics cookies are set by this site.
